Also, I would like to thank all those who patiently took the time to explain to me that Richard Julian Juarbe has not broken any laws, thus what he is doing is not a police matter or a legal matter. In fact, I was informed by one Police detective that in the eyes of the law, I was looking like the bad guy for looking for my daughter who was stolen from our family. I am a slow learner, and I have no choice except to help, otherwise, I will be considered part of this major problem for families that love their kids, regardless of their age. I have decided not to be part of this crisis, and to be part of the solution by getting Richard Julian Juarbe off our streets. My list includes the following agencies: the Hope, Arkansas Police Department, the Gallipolis, Ohio Police Department, The FBI (Houston, Texas & Boston, Massachusetts), the Portland, Maine Police Department, The Lewiston, Maine Police Department, the Brewer, Maine Police Department, the Westbrook, Maine Police Department, the Maine State Police Department & Governor Mills, the Lancaster, Pennsylvania Independent School District, both Lancaster, Pennsylvania Police Department, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Homeland Security Human Trafficking Division, the Texas Human Trafficking Division, the Forney, Texas Mayor, the Forney, Texas Chief of Police, the Kaufman County Police Department, and multiple Anti-human trafficking agencies across the States of Texas and Maine. My apologies if I left someone off my list.I was told once that the worse type of person is a theft and a liar. Today, I better understand those words, as Richard Julian Juarbe is being allowed to provide false information to a lot of agencies and employers which is wasting a lot of tax payers money and resources…not to mention, destroying families.

This first information recieved from our Houston, Texas investigation team reveals how much time and effort Richard Julian Juarbe dedicated to planning his attack on my family. It tells me how focused he was in his startegy and willingness to do what ever it took to complete his mission. With that in mind, I am just as dedicated to fighting for my family and will continue doing what ever I must do to track him down and hold him accountable for his decisions. Verified Notes regarding data before Richard Julian Juarbe reached my home on 6-9-2020:
 Rich was in the military, he and his wife are from Pennsylvania. I do not know if he has any friends in the police. I would have said no, but clearly I don't know him at all. When they left, I thought he was the only one who was still on my side and never actually wanted to hurt me. I thought that he cared and didn't agree with how the others had been treating me. But clearly I was wrong, and he's lying to us both, so I don't believe anything I knew about him anymore. I met his wife first, too long ago for me to remember. Maybe 7 years. We met online in a group for shared interests. I met Richard through her, when I stopped to stay at their house while on my way moving to Maine from Georgia.
Richard and I both worked at Home Depot, so he was the one who worked out how long we would need to drive down, how much time we should take off, and so forth. We both had to put in for that time off separately. He was always the one planning anything and figuring things out.

1. When did they move out?2. By chance, do you have any clear pictures of Richard & his wife?3. By chance do you have anything that Richard may have left behind? We are trying to get his finger prints and DNA.4. You mentioned a website that his wife use to host, I will look at your email again. Just wanting the name of the website so we can check to see if it is still active and what items they were selling. 5. We are working on a fundraising campaign to generate funds to cover the startup business aimed at better understanding how my daughter was tricked, tramatized and taken from our home while I was in another room.

I don't think they use Facebook but you could always try looking there. 3. I do have one thing that I had got him as a Christmas gift that he left behind. I'm not sure if it would have his prints; it very well might have everyone's on it but it's better than nothing. I'll set it aside and find a way to get it to you. 4. It was on a bigger site, Etsy, so I'd have to figure out what the name of her shop on it was, but I'm not sure I remember. I can try to find it again but I don't know what it would have been called off the top of my head. I think typically Etsy shops do say the name of the owner though, so it might be possible. I'll do some digging and let you know what I find. 5. I'm not sure if I'd be able to help much there, as I'm struggling to pay rent myself right now, but if you have a go fund me page I can share the link.6. In regards to your last email, I don't have access to anyone that might know. They made acquaintances but never really anyone that they actively spent enough time with that I could say anyone would have been told about their moving. Not anyone that I also know, at least.

It seems he waited about two weeks after leaving to call you. I know for certain that he was gone the night before October 1st, because I had said that if they were still there come the 1st, I would ask them to pay part of rent as I was unemployed but they all worked, and he made sure to leave before then. He took all the furniture, too, and left six bags work of trash around the apartment that I had to clean up....
It may be a long shot but I'll send it when I can because the chance is worth it. I also did find I have one photo of the four of us...I won't enclose it here, yet, I want to give you a heads up. It isn't super clear, but you can see their faces. We all looked happy...it was painful for me to see, so I wanted to tell you about it first before sending because I know if it hurt me to see, then it will be difficult for you too. I just want to make sure that you're prepared and okay to see it. I looked through my entire camera roll on my phone. That was the only usable one I found, though I also found one of the tattoo on Richard's shoulder which could be used for identification purposes.

Oh I'm sorry for misunderstanding. I've never had anyone willing to help support my education or career before; I've had to pay my own way through all of my graduate schooling. That's incredibly kind of you, and it means the world to me. I hope that your fundraiser does well, for both our sakes, and please make sure you have enough for your needs first before sending any to me.
Thank you. It was scary at first, but I know it's what’s right. What they did to me was absolutely not okay, and you too have been a victim of their selfishness and manipulation. It will always be scary, but sitting back and doing nothing won't do any good. I have the possibility to help, and all it takes is me telling the truth. Sometimes that really is the hardest thing to do, because it means being open and honest and laying out all of the things I have been through, and it isn't easy, but I know you know that, and you've been incredibly considerate, which makes it easier. We are both being brave here.

Update: I did some searching and I was able to find the Etsy. Although it appears to no longer have any personal information about them (it doesn't say they're in Portland anymore), I did find that they now appear to be going by the names "Victor Fairchild" and "Milo Fairchild". Before I begin, I want to thank you again for your willingness to provide information to me regarding the attack on my family. Unfortunately, once a family member turns 18 years old, our society is organized to where certain types of people use well-known practices to destroy families' trees and simply disappear with no regard to the pain and suffering of family members, extended family members, and true family friends. What I have learned since 6-2020 is that only the person in charge of the group understands the power of deception. Everyone else is considered collateral damage or just the cost of doing business with the group leader. Richard Julian Juarbe is very good at what he does, as he always gets others to carry out actions that benefit him.
Regarding the trip to Texas and back to Maine: (as best you can recall)
1. What were the conversations like after Richard Julian Juarbe decided to plan for the trip to Texas?2. During the long drive to Texas, what did Richard talk about regarding plans to help my daughter sneak out of her bedroom window?3. What was the route down to Texas (which highway did you all travel on and which hotels did you all stay in)?4. After leaving our home, you all checked into the hotel in Hope, Arkansas, and somehow checked into the hotel without the hotel clerk writing down anyone's name. What was told to the hotel clerk in order for them not to write down anyone's name for the room you all stayed in?5. Who covered the cost for the trip from Texas back to Maine (gas, food, hotels, miscellaneous)?6. (different topic) As teens and young adults are my target market for building the business, I need someone that I can build good relationships with so I can continue learning from others in order to for teens and young adults to recognize, walk away from, and speak up regarding what Richard and others are doing to unprepared teens and young adults with no accountability. If I could speak with one of your council members or a professor via telephone. I need to ask them for inputs on the best way to share the information. I will not mention anything regarding the information you have shared with me, including your name. It is just that I must inform the community about Richard and his wife and hopefully, we can find them and shut down their operation.

In closing, as Richard Julian Juarbe and his wife cannot be any older than 31 or 32, what they are doing with people was not created by them. What they are doing, they learned from someone else.
I will always remember his telephone call when he told me that he did not kidnap my daughter and that he only does what she asks him to do. Then he told me that I should be happy because she is happy.
When I started reaching out to agencies, they all informed me that my daughter appears to have got caught up in human trafficking activities and does not realize it yet, thus, this is when I understood that my family was targeted by human traffickers. Most people are not aware of these activities, which is why the art of deception is so powerful. Attached is a list of other words I am learning to use as I build a business to expose Richard and his wife and also to provide some type of support to those they have hurt over the last 10 years or so. We will locate him.

1. I can’t remember much in terms of specifics, but I can remember that Richard was very businesslike. He was serious and all about planning. He was very calm and detail oriented which at the time felt comforting because I was very nervous and scared, thinking that my friend’s life was at stake here and I was terrified of what would happen if things went wrong and we weren’t able to help her. He seemed un-phased and was just thinking about the particulars like how long we would need and when we would leave and whatnot. 2. Again he was very calm and serious about it. He was very much in the mindset of someone carrying out a mission. He didn't seem emotional about it at all, like I was, but just focused on the how. I used to think it was just that he was stronger and steadier than I was. Now I realize that it wasn't a good thing, but that he was emotionally detached and using the vulnerability and insecurity of people like me for his own gain. 3. I don't remember what highways we used, because I was just in the back of the car the whole time mostly napping or listening to music. We used GPS to find a route and had it avoid toll roads. I remember it took us down through five states or so and then across to Texas. We didn't stay in any hotels on the way there, we went straight through. 4. That's really odd, because I paid for the hotel room using my Best Western reward points. I'd built up a lot from school, because when I was getting my Masters and had to attend classes, we used a Best Western by school as our "dorms" since our campus didn't have any. It was paid for through tuition like it would be with dorms, and they even had the school shuttles come to pick us up and take us back. I definitely had to give my name because she had to look up my account to see how many points I had and apply them. We were all in the lobby for that, but maybe Richard went and said something afterward without the rest of us? I think I remember him going out on his own at one point. It was a while ago and there was so much going on, so I can't say anything else for certain, but that's what I remember for sure. 5. We all split the costs. We each put money toward things and would alternate. There was no real rhyme or reason to it, just whoever volunteered at the time or had the money in their account to cover it. Although come to think of it, I think maybe his wife and I covered most of it...I think I vaguely remember Richard not "having enough". He always seemed to have no money i his account despite us working the same amount of hours, and conveniently couldn't make his share of rent a lot or would be late or make a big deal like it was too difficult for him...he was always complaining about how he didn't have enough money. I bought him his phone. I bought Olinda hers too. I'm still paying them off to this day. I'm still paying for their phones. The phone he used to call you and accuse me of horrendous things...6. She has a lot of experience with young people and trauma and I think would be perfect for you to talk to. I'm not sure if that number is still up to date but it's the one I had saved in my contacts from when I worked with her. She's very sweet and intelligent. I hope you can get a chance to speak with her at least briefly. I hope that helps. And I would look into Maine Medical, they're the local hospital and are often hiring for new positions. You might have some luck there.

For some reason, I am excited about this great opportunity that selected me to assist with starting to develop a solution to an aged old problem for parents that love their children, just because they love their children forever. Below is another Amber Alert early on Monday morning while working parents are getting ready for work. Each time I recieve an Amber Alert, I am reminded of how Richard Julian Juarbe drove across our country to my home and stole my kid. Our new business solution will be verified if it is successful in getting stopping this guy from freely attacking and destroying families with no accountability.
On the morning of 6-9-2020, I received a horrifying telephone call from my wife regarding our daughter being missing from her bedroom. Thankfully, I was working close to home that day and was able to get back home rather quickly. Upon my arrival in my daughter’s room, I immediately noticed the disarray with her things strewn all over the floor. It looked as though someone got into our home during the night and took our kid! My wife had also called our oldest son at work to let him know that his sister was missing. Once our son made it home, we began to support each other and eventually got past being traumatized and feeling disabled. My wife started looking for the telephone numbers of our daughter’s best friend from high school and college. Our oldest son comforted his little brother. I began thinking about what we should do next and called 911. During this time, we were also calling our daughter’s mobile telephone and sending her text messages with no response. Once my wife located our daughter’s best friend’s telephone number, I was able to speak with her dad. I could clearly hear my daughter’s best friend telling her dad that she did not know anything about our daughter being missing. When the police officer arrived to initially collect information, he first had to verify that we did not do something to our daughter. Once the officer found out that our daughter was over 18 years old, he immediately stopped taking notes and indicated to us that maybe our daughter had just run away from home like other kids. While I was still talking with the officer, our son was sending messages to his little sister and she responded to him stating that she had left a note inside her room. Our son immediately went up to her room, found the note, and just as the officer was about to leave our home, my daughter called my wife. Before his departure, the officer was able to speak with our daughter for about 15 minutes and after doing so, stated that our daughter appears to be okay and that it appears that she ran away from home. After the officer left our home, my wife and I were still traumatized and frozen, until our son reminded us that in our daughter’s note, she had mentioned that we can track her telephone if we wanted to. I recall saying to him that I did not know how to do that, but our son stated that he could find out how to track his sister’s telephone. During this time, our daughter texted her Mom to let her know that she was stopping for the day to rest. Once our son located the location of our daughter’s telephone, I noticed that my wife had started packing clothes and food. At this point, I thought about my manager at the Alpha Source Group, Josh Yeager and I began to just be grateful that he positioned me to be well-rested and mentally prepared to make this escalated trip to Hope, Arkansas. Hope, Arkansas is about three hours from our home, and as I was driving, I was terrified because I did not know who took our kid, what they looked like, what they were driving, and if they had weapons. The closer I got to the GPS location, the faster my heart raced, it reminded me of the day I was stuck in the swimming looking at the surface that was twelve inches away and I did not know what to do. Once I arrived in Hope, Arkansas I begin thinking that my daughter will recognize our vehicle, so I visited several stores to locate a vehicle cover to cover my vehicle. Although I did not know which of the three hotels my daughter was in, I selected one for the night and covered my vehicle in the parking lot. Once I checked into my hotel, I contacted the local police and shared my story. Once they spoke with me long enough to determine that I was not a threat to my daughter, and after submitting my driver’s license data and other data they wanted, they were nice enough to try to assist me. As there are only three hotels in Hope, Arkansas, I emailed pictures to the police team and they visited all three hotels with the pictures asking if anyone has seen my daughter. No one identified or stated reported seeing her. Later on, while updating my wife, she mentioned that I could drive through each parking lot of the three hotels to look for our kid in case they were holding her outside in a vehicle. Now, it is about 2:00 am on 6-10-2020 and I set my alarm for 5:00 am so I could drive through each of the hotel parking lots. Again, I was terrified of driving through the parking lots at night and looking at other people’s vehicles, especially when I did not know which vehicle they were driving. Now, it is about 6:00 am and my daughter’s telephone GPS shows that she is about 8 hours away in the State of Ohio. At this point, I could feel the fatigue starting to take its toll on my body. I proceeded to input the new GPS data into my device, however, I found out that I had previously turned the wrong way because the GPS had provided the best route for me based on my driving direction at the time so after driving about 8 hours or more through Oklahoma, I was still about 8 hours from the State of Ohio. On the morning of 6-11-2020, I arrived at the GPS location in Gallipolis, Ohio, and found myself in the middle of an unknown neighborhood. I decided to head back to Hope, Arkansas in order to visit each hotel during the day shift to see if they can remember or recognize my daughter from the pictures I had of her. I was approximately 4 hours from Hope, Arkansas when my son sent me a message that his sister’s telephone pinged again at the same previous GPS location, but I explained to him what I saw at that location when I was last there. About 15 minutes later, my son sent me an address for the Quality Inn Hotel in Gallipolis, Ohio. Once my son zoomed in on the GPS location, it provided the exact location. Now, it’s about 8:00 pm on 6-11-2020 and again, I am about 7 hours away from Gallipolis, Ohio, and exhausted. I decided to contact the Gallipolis, Ohio police department to request assistance. They drove by the Quality Inn Hotel and stated that there are 5 vehicles with Texas license plates, with one being registered to someone in Houston, Texas, but they could not provide me with any other information because I did not have a police report number. At about 11:00 pm, I had to find a hotel to rest, but I kept telling myself that I must get there before they leave. I arrived at the Quality Inn Hotel at 10:00 am on 6-12-2020 and by the grace of God, finally found someone that recognized my daughter because of her long hair and glasses. Once I told my story and they felt that I was not a threat to my daughter, I was told that the three young adults with my daughter all appeared to be on vacation, traveling and having fun. When looking at the pictures they had of my daughter, I was somewhat relieved because she appeared okay, but still needed to find out where they were heading and why. Before I left Gallipolis, Ohio to head back home, someone gave me a name and zip code as a potential destination for the group. I made it back to my home in Texas on 6-15-2020, exhausted and still in shock about our family crisis. I began researching the name and zip code of the tip I had received in Gallipolis, Ohio it was zip code 04103 and its location was Portland, Maine. I immediately began to review our telephone bills correlating my daughter’s number with any unknown ones and located several numbers from the 207 area code, which is in the Portland, Maine area and decided to make plans to travel to Portland, Maine as soon as possible in search of my daughter. Before my first trip to Portland, Maine, I decided to visit my local Kaufman County Police Department for preparation and protocol. I was advised, due to the nature of my trip, to visit the Portland, Maine Police Department first to let them know why I was in town. I was advised not to trust anyone as they may be part of the organized group. I also was told to not let any strangers get too close to me and to keep a safe distance at all times. With that being covered, I arrived in Portland, Maine and my first stop was the Portland, Maine Police Department. By this time, I had binders of pictures, telephone records, and emails to support my family crisis, but because our daughter was over 18 years old, the police department had restrictions and guidelines to adhere to, however one officer did provide me with a list of the four hotels that travelers normally stay when passing through Portland, Maine. Later that night, the same officer called me to provide additional information, advising me to submit reports to the FBI, Home Land Security, and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The officer also mentioned that whatever I do, do not let anyone talk me out of trying to find my daughter. The next day, I visited each of the four hotels on my list and during my visit to the last hotel, someone recognized my daughter because of her personality and glasses so I made an appointment to meet with the hotel manager the next morning, with the hope of possibly being able to review the hotel’s video records. That night, I continued emailing my daughter providing her with what I am doing in order to find her. The next morning I stopped by the hotel to speak with the manager, however without a police report, the manager would not speak with me and she called the police. Once the police arrived, I was questioned for about 30 minutes before being told that my daughter contacted them and said that she did not want family contact. So I asked, what does that mean? The officer stated that he could conduct wellness checks on my daughter if I would like them to. I was grateful for his willingness to help and left for the airport, heading back to Texas. Once I got back to Texas, I tried calling the Portland, Maine Police Department for wellness checks on my daughter, and they simply stopped taking my telephone calls. Some good outcomes came from researching telephone records and visiting the hotels she may have stayed in as I had located several names and telephone numbers that made contact with my daughter’s telephone while she was in Texas. Between 6-19-2020 and 7-15-2020, my next two trips to Portland, Maine I spoke with multiple private investigators, and they stated that they could track my daughter down, but most of the time, the kids say that they do not want family contact. Once someone over the age of 18 years old makes this statement, the private investigators cannot provide any information to the parents who are paying them to locate their missing kid. I next, requested multiple wellness checks at addresses linked to my daughter’s telephone records, but there were no physical signs of her at any of those locations.
On 7-20-2020, I was served court documents to appear in the Portland, Maine Courts on 7-24-2020 for accusations submitted by the husband and wife team that took my daughter. On this same day, our daughter called us crying and she wanted clarifications on several things that would explain her reason for leaving home the way she did. She asked me if we ever lost her when she was little. I checked with my wife and we could only think of one time in a grocery store, where our daughter was on the next row for about 15 seconds. The next question was, did I ever break into our house and beat up her brother when she was about 2 or 3 years old? Since it never happened, I stated no, but I could tell that they had her believing that my wife and I did bad things to her and she believed it enough to leave home with them without warning. On 7-24-2020, I arrived in court as documented in the Court Summons. As I was the only one that reported to the courtroom, all court charges against me were dismissed. In August 2020, I traveled back to Portland, Maine and a detective there stated that he had received all of my reports submitted to the FBI, Homeland Security, The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and multiple anti-human trafficking agencies in Texas and Maine. He did confirm that he had reviewed all the information and decided that it was not a police matter. I asked about the "See Something, Say Something" national call to help other people, with no response from the detective. This very same Portland, Maine Police detective also stated to me that this happens all the time. The detective then proceeded to inform me that “in the eyes of the law, I am looking like the bad guy.” He ordered me to take the next flight out of town and told me not to come back to Portland, Maine as I could go to federal prison if I did not stop trying to recover my daughter. Because of the discouraging information received from the Portland, Maine police department, and my disbelief in what I was just told, Networkingforlife.org proceeded with its efforts to research and contact multiple anti-human trafficking agencies to verify this information, and sadly, in my particular case, it was true! I was hit hard with the reality that our loved ones are taken from their families at alarming rates. Networkingforlife.org wants to know why is this still being allowed to happen. On the night of 10-16-2020, Richard Julian Juarbe called me directly and gave me his new address. He also wanted to let me know that I had a good picture of him with his blue hair. He continued his conversation by stating that he just wanted to let me know that he did not kidnap my daughter or anything like that and if I had any questions. I asked the question, “Why should I come back to Portland, Maine after you called the police on me and took me to court?” In continuing our conversation, I also asked him, “How do I know that if I visit, he will not do the same thing?” He replied that since he called me, all I have to do is show the police that he called me. He then stated that if the police cause me any problems, then that is considered entrapment. I then asked him, “if it bothered him, while in route, driving almost 2000 miles to my home, to take my daughter away from her family, knowing what they were planning to do once they arrived at my home, and thereafter, did that not bother him?” I also mentioned that it appears that if something happens to me, then he will be able to just keep my daughter. He just chuckled and stated that he will drive anywhere to pick up a friend unconditionally. He also mentioned that instead of me trying to figure out how he operates, I should just be glad that they are happy, as I will never figure out how they operate. I did visit my daughter in November 2020 and she was clearly terrified but kept saying that she was okay, but her non-verbal messages told me that she was trapped. It was at that time that I started to believe that my daughter was being monitored, possibly through her mobile telephone or some other type of tracking device to where she cannot freely move or safely speak up for herself.
In April 2021, I was in Portland, Maine for 14 days and they would not let my daughter visit with me or even talk with me, but Richard Julian Juarbe did text me job leads for me to find work in the area. I contacted Maine's Governor Mills requesting support. The State police visited my daughter and she simply stated that she was okay, thus, she remained entrapped. My daughter eventually called me to ask me if I sent the police to their apartment. She asked me that whenever any agency contacts me to ask about her, she wants me to tell everyone that she is okay. At that time I mentioned to her the things I am learning about the Amber Alerts that are sent out nationally when someone's kid disappears. Based on what we were going through back in Texas, I mentioned that when someone takes your kid, all people do the same thing. First, they panic and are traumatized. Next, they call the police and wait. The police will arrive as soon as they can, and then all the questions are asked that cover the entire life of the missing kid. This goes on for hours, and behind the scenes, the human predators are safely driving across the state lines as if they are on vacation. May 2021, I contacted Maine Governor Mills asking for support. She sent the State Police to visit my daughter for a wellness check. The only reason I found out about this police wellness check visit is that my daughter called me and asked me if I sent the police to your apartment. I explained to my daughter that I have been contacting all the anti-human trafficking agencies across our country asking for help and I had never heard anything back from anyone, thus if anyone checks on you, on my behalf, they never let me know. About ten minutes later, my daughter calls me back and ask me for a favor. She asked that the next time anyone contacts me asking about her, for me to tell everyone that she is okay. That gave me the opportunity to let my daughter know what I have learned since the day she was taken. I mentioned that I have found out that a lot of the missing children across our country all leave a note as she did listing a long list of bad things their parents did to them. And all the missing kids all say that they do not want family contact. I asked my daughter, how can it be possible that all parents are doing the same things to children? And why do all the missing kids say that they do not want family contact? I continued with what I believe happens when a family member is taken and the Amber Alert is set out to the national communities. While parents are traumatized and call the police, only to be asked a long list of questions starting from the time their missing kid was born, the group that took the family member is driving across the state lines as if they are on vacation. In June 2021, two of my daughter’s best friends from high school and college visited our daughter in Cape Elizabeth, Maine and our daughter sent pictures to my wife. When I saw the happy pictures, I sent my daughter multiple messages stating that it is not fair that they let her spend time with her friends and not allow her to spend any time with me when I travel to Maine. I continued by stating that I am coming to visit her in September 2021 and wanted to spend time with her. She agreed that she would spend time with me during my next trip.
Cape Elizabeth, Maine Visit: 09/09/2021 to 09/18/2021
On 9/9/2021, I arrived in Boston, Massachusetts, and located a hotel in Dartmouth, Massachusetts.On 9/10/2021, I stayed in my hotel for the day, planning for a visit with my daughter the next day.On 9/11/2021, I picked up my daughter, Olinda, at noontime and she was dressed in a new black outfit that she recently had purchased. It was great to see her dressed differently without the oversized green army jacket that she always wore whenever I visit her. She was in a great mood, smiling and it was great. We went to eat lunch at the same sandwich shop where she had taken me during my last visit. After lunch, she asked me to take her to Portland, Maine to the tourist location near downtown, Portland. I recognized the area because it is where the Portland, Maine police station and courthouse are located, as I had now been to both of those locations in past visits to the city. We could not find parking, but we did marvel at the cool train running through the tourist location. We continued in our effort to find parking and finally were able to do so on a side street close to a particular store Olinda was searching for. We located the store which sold women’s jewelry and special stones and crystals. She purchased a few items and I purchased some earrings for her and some cool rocks with magnets for the rest of our family back in Texas. After shopping, we got back into the car and talked a bit. She asked me if we could go back to my hotel so she could show me the website that she is building to sell items that she creates, and also pick up the gift bags and food items her mother sent with me to give to her. It was a 3 hour trip to my hotel in Massachusetts, but we talked about a lot of things during the drive. She spoke a lot about why she was changing jobs every couple of months. First, she worked at Home Depot, then Lowes, then Hannaford grocery, and now at Ship Right. She spoke in great detail about why she has to cover her hair at work because her female co-workers constantly pick at her. Either her skin is too dark or they just keep picking at her hair, along with the constant verbal attacks. She stated that she mentioned to Richard that people are picking at her a lot because of how she looks, regarding her face not looking like the faces of all the other young ladies in the area. She talked about how when they watched movies and she would tell Richard that before the movie would end that she knew which characters would die before the end of the movie because they had the facial features of black people. She stated that Richard did not believe her, but all those movie characters suffered brutal deaths in the movie just like she previously predicted they would. Once we had arrived back at the hotel, I introduced Olinda to the hotel staff, as when I checked into the hotel on 9-9-2021, the staff had asked me several questions, trying to find out who was I and why I selected their hotel to stay in which was very odd. Once inside my hotel room, Olinda retrieved her laptop from her backpack and showed me the website that she was building and I enjoyed the tour of her website. She also showed me some pictures on her drawing pad that she had been working on since 6/9/2020 and it was fantastic to see because she had a great talent and gift for art and designs. After she finished with her presentation, we started packing up all the plants, food, and other items I brought from home for her. She was very excited to receive the green dress that she wore during her college graduation ceremony in May 2020. During the drive back to her apartment, she mentioned that she had a case worker that is helping her with locating work and housing assistance, plus a therapist. She informed me of all the health issues she is having from allergies to strep throat. She also mentioned that she had been taken to an emergency facility serval times and stated that her doctor is informing her that she is losing her peripheral vision and prescribed some vitamins to help her. I reminded her that the main purpose of my trip was to meet and talk with Richard and his wife, Megan Elizabeth Hogan, in person to find out why they are counting on her to help pay their bills. She said that one day she saw Megan packing her bags. I asked where was she going and Olinda said that she never ask them questions about anything because it is none of her business. So, I asked her where she thought she may be going. She replied that she was going home to Pennsylvania to spend time with her family. My last question regarding Megan was, when is she coming back home to Cape Elizabeth, Maine she did not know. Once we arrived back in Cape Elizabeth, I picked up dinner so she could eat, as it was about 9:30 pm when we arrived back at her apartment. During the drive back, she asked me if we could go to Salem, Massachusetts the next day to visit The Witch House Museum and also asked if Richard could ride with us. I replied yes, that would be great, but then, I informed her that he probably would not ride with us because he would not be comfortable riding with me. Nevertheless, I asked her to check with him in case he did want to travel with us. It was quite dark, with little to no light to see in the front or back of us, when we arrived at her apartment. Using only the light from the vehicle, I proceeded to retrieve my daughter’s items from the vehicle, and lo and behold I find Richard who showed up out of nowhere standing right behind me. Needless to say, I did not appreciate that as I had stated before, it was very dark and I could not see enough to tell if others were in my blind spot as well, so I remained calm as Richard stated, “so, we finally meet,” as we shook hands. As I handed him the bag of items from the vehicle, Richard made another statement, “well, he is stronger than I am,” as he chuckled. I informed him that I needed to talk with him and he stated that he was available all day the next day. Olinda asked him if he wanted to ride with us to Salam, Massachusetts the next day and he stated yes. I replied good and we can just talk during the 2-hour journey to The Witch House Museum. As I was driving back to my hotel, I thought to myself that Richard would not be riding with us the next day. About 2 hours into my drive, I received a text from Olinda stating that it would just be the two of us going to Salem, Massachusetts just as I had predicted. I arrived back at my hotel after midnight and was exhausted, but grateful that I had spent the day with my baby girl. I also thought about that day being the 20th anniversary of the day we lost thousands of people when the two buildings went down after airplanes were hijacked and flown into the two New York City buildings along with two other airplanes that crashed with lots of other people’s family members.
On 9/12/2021, I picked up my daughter at noon, stopped for lunch at the Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and began our journey to Salem, Massachusetts. Olinda pulled up the website for The Witch House Museum and began reading about the story behind this terrible house of horror for young women during that part of our country’s history. The drive was a little over two hours. We found parking down the street from the library and went inside the library to verify that it was safe for us to park in our location. Afterward, we traveled down the street taking pictures of the buildings until we ran across a flower park. We stopped to take pictures at the entrance where there was a small mailbox-type structure with free books. We took a few pictures of the entrance and went inside the flower park which was both a garden and a library. There was a sundial showing the exact time of day, and of course, we took a few pictures of it. There were maybe 10 sections of the flower garden with short stories at each location. There was this 10-foot sunflower, where Olinda stood in front of it so I could get a good picture showing the height of the giant sunflower. We visited the First Church in Salem before getting to the Witch House Museum. While inside we learned about the story of the Attorney that used words to turn the community against any female he did not like or approve of. The first two young ladies that were found guilty of being possessed and hung until dead were two teenage girls, however, this policy was changed when this Attorney’s wife was accused of also being possessed. I was intrigued by this and purchased the book that documented the day-to-day court recordings. After we left the Witch House Museum, we attended a live play that was a reenactment of an actual trial where a young lady was found guilty and sentenced to death. We toured the underground cells where prisoners were held until put to death. What I found very interesting was that if you were arrested for anything, you or your family had to pay the court costs, the costs for room and board while in jail, and lastly, you or your family had to pay the costs for your very own execution! While touring the underground cells, I did notice that back in those days, everyone was white. Also, noticeable was the fact that everyone hanging from the trees was also white. Our next stop was at a shop to pick up different scents and items used by people that read Palms and the next stop after that was at a similar store. I picked up several items that stated they were for good luck and family protection. I noticed a lot of people looking for things to give them better luck in life…mostly young female adults and everyone referred to everyone as their friends. We attempted to see another inside tour, but they indicated that we could not take any pictures inside so we skipped that tour. I really enjoyed our very last stop because there was plenty of live music and people dancing in the clothes styled from the 1600s and there were more places to shop. Olinda purchased this great-looking brown jacket and I got her some more earrings that matched the new jacket. We stayed at the park for about two more hours, taking in the sights, and a few last pictures before heading back to our vehicle. The drive back was great as my daughter had time to inform me that she is having a hard time getting a copy of her apparent lease documentation and that Richard does not seem to understand the problems she is still having with other people in Maine. I asked her again about Megan and when was the last time she had seen Megan. She thinks that Megan went to Pennsylvania to visit relatives and then went to live in Connecticut and does not know when she is returning. I asked Olinda if she knew anyone else in Maine besides Richard and Megan, she mentioned her case worker and her doctor. She stated that she wanted me to meet Dr. LBD the next day so I agreed to pick her up the next morning. The two-hour drive back went fast. It was after 8:30 pm, so we stopped by Burger King to pick up dinner and I dropped her off at her apartment and headed back to my hotel. I got back to my hotel after 12:30 a.m. My daughter sent me a text message asking me to search for her earrings; I located them in the back seat.On 9/13/2021, I left the hotel at 5:00 a.m. to pick up my daughter by 9:00 a.m. in order to head to our visit with Dr. LBD in Saco, Maine. After my daughter finished her visit with Dr. Lynn, she came outside to get me so I could meet her. We visited for about 25 minutes or so and after the visit, I still did not know why Olinda was seeing a doctor or why she needed a case worker to help her find employment because she is a college graduate with greatly marketable skills. During our drive back, Olinda mentioned what she had purchased on 9-13-2021 and talked about making an invention to keep a hat secured to various types of hair. She had a list of stores to visit to pick up supplies and did do so, picking up most of the materials she needed in order to start building prototypes. She also picked up supplies to make new face masks and I also took the opportunity to pick up a few items for her mother, as she was also working on a few new things. We stopped at Walmart for our last stop of the day, picked up dinner, and dropped her off at her apartment, and right before departing ways, she asked me to pick her up the next morning at 8:30 a.m. so that we could have breakfast before she went to work at her new job. I agreed and got back to the hotel at 10:00 p.m.On 9/14/2021, after checking out, I left the hotel at 5:00 a.m. I picked Olinda up at 8:30 a.m. and we went to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast. I then picked her back up after work at 4:00 p.m. and she wanted to go to Michaels to pick up more supplies. She began asking me when I going to bring her mother to visit her and wanted me to stay a few more days. I contacted my wife to see if we could locate extra funds so I could stay a few extra days which we did and found a hotel in Freeport for the night, as Olinda wanted me to pick her up again the next morning for breakfast.


On 9/15/2021 I picked up Olinda at 8:30 a.m. for breakfast at Dunkin Donuts, dropped her off at 10:00 a.m. and she actually gave me the funds I needed in order for me to stay a few extra days with her. She stated that she wanted to spend the night with me on Friday since she did not have to work on Saturday and wanted to wash my clothes for me, however, I located a washer and dryer location beforehand and completed my laundry in time to pick her up from work. I dropped her off at her apartment early because she would be spending time with me on Friday night and we had made plans to see a movie, have dinner and just talk more before I left town. On 9/16/2021 at about 4:30 a.m., I received a text from my daughter saying that she was not feeling well and if I could pick her up at 9:30 a.m. Upon my arrival, she walked to my vehicle and it was clear that she was exhausted and delusional. She got into the vehicle before I did and by the time I put on my seat belt and started the vehicle, she had passed out. There was no way she could have worked that day and with it being the 3rd day of a new job, she would be getting fired, if it was a real job. I just told her when she woke up for about 10 seconds that I was heading to try to get my refund so I could return the funds to her, she said okay and passed out again. I tried to get her to eat or drink something but she could not even speak, so I just kept driving until she woke up and started talking on the telephone. I thought it was with Richard, but it turned out to be Officer Ryan. On our drive to the Cape Elizabeth, Maine Police Station, my daughter spoke with Ms. Marie for about an hour. We got to the police station and she went inside to speak with Officer Ryan. Officer Aaron spoke with me for a while and I was allowed to leave once my daughter came back outside. She said that she was okay and I was okay. She gave me a big hug and left with Richard; she had also transferred funds into my bank account via Zelle so I could stay in town because she wanted to spend the night with me before I headed back home. Richard does not know this information and he did not know that she had given me the telephone numbers of both her case worker and therapist. {For verification, contact the Cape Elizabeth, Maine Police Department at 207-767-3323 and ask for the public access request form.} On 9-16-2021, the Cape Elizabeth, Maine Police Department tracked me down and demanded that I come back to Cape Elizabeth, Maine to their police station with my daughter. I did not know that I was being recorded. But in hindsight, I am glad that the recording was created, as now, parents will better understand what has to be done in order to recover a loved one after they are entrapped by human predators and taken. Also, I would never be able to explain what happened to my family on 9-16-2021 and 9-18-2021, but watching the videos created by the police department, they clearly explain how easy it is to deceive anyone, thus sending anyone barking up the wrong tree. The videos provide verifiable proof of how professional human predators use their highly skilled vocabulary to mislead professional adults and healthcare professionals. On 9/17/2021, I did not hear from my daughter asking me to pick her up for breakfast, however, she did contact me to say that she was at work and couldn’t pick her up because she had a meeting after work with her manager, but she could see me in the morning before I headed back to the airport. She also texted me asking me to send her emails that I had received from Amanda that informed her of things that have been happening that she is not aware of. She stated that no one has her email passwords and she would not share the information. Also, she put several names and numbers on my telephone because I told her again that I needed the names of other people she considers friends in Maine. One name is her case worker, Alise with the telephone number of 207-671-5293. I looked up this number only to find out that it is for Worth Point Roosevelt Silver Dimes, an online store so I did not call this number at first. Eventually, I did call the number and ask for Alise and the other number placed on my telephone was for Dr. LBD. Just to be clear, Dr. LBD is the person that took the attached picture of Olinda and me on 9-13-2021. She is listed as a Psychologist Physician and treats patients with mental disorders, learning disabilities, and behavioral problems caused by trauma. My daughter does not have any medical history of any of these issues currently being treated by someone that may not be a medical physician or trained to prescribe prescription, therefore the “vitamins” they are giving my daughter to feel better are some type of un-prescribed drug. (This is what I was thinking.)On 9/18/2021, I stopped by to say goodbye to my daughter and she did not come outside as scheduled. I called and texted her several times, to no avail, and then decided to leave. As I was passing by the police station, I decided to stop by to let Officer Aaron and Officer Ryan know that I was leaving town and heading home. Officer Ryan happened to be in the office and he asked me if I had a few minutes to talk. We went back into a small room with a window and he shared with me some new information. He asked me if I had strangled my daughter and forced her into my vehicle. He also asked me if I had given my daughter drugs and sexually abused her. The answer is “no” to all these accusations and couldn’t believe the accusations against me and informed Officer Ryan that Richard was never outside when I picked up my daughter. He then asked me why would Richard say these things if they were not true. He then stated that Richard was very polite even when he is deceiving people. Human trafficking crimes continue to grow because of the deception of oppressors like Richard Julian Juarbe who have no respect for other people, their family members, or when speaking with those in authority.

On 1-6-2022, my family visited my daughter again, this time with the Cape Elizabeth, Maine police, and even with the police knowing the history and reason for the visit, I stood there for about 20 minutes watching Richard Julian Juarbe and the two officers tell each other jokes and laughing, just having a good time! I could only stand there, watching this scene unfold in disbelief because I was treated like I wasn’t even there! I tell you, if I was not standing there, witnessing this for myself, I would not believe that this could ever happen to anyone! When the opportunity finally presented itself, I was allowed to ask a few questions and recapped with Richard Julian Juarbe as follows: I reminded him that when he called me on 10-16-2020, asking me for help and I mentioned that at that time, I did not fully understand what was happening to my family. However, after about 18 months, I now know that he sat in his vehicle with the engine running and the headlights turned off with his wife, Megan Elizabeth Hogan, while another person stood outside my daughter’s bedroom window taking her away, and that if anything went wrong, he and his wife would have just driven off. I was in the process of asking Richard Julian Juarbe if he had anything in his life for over twenty-two years, that he cared about, then I realized that he was only thirty-one years old and ended that thought because it was something that was not applicable to his very young life. I asked him then, why had they submitted false accusations against me to the Portland Maine Police Department, stating that came to their apartment and threatened to hurt him for getting in the way. I asked, why did they state that I obtained their address illegally and followed them across state lines. I asked him why did he call the Cape Elizabeth, Maine police department, and stated that I had strangled my daughter, given her drugs, and drove off with her. I reminded him that there are a lot of people from Texas and Louisiana looking for him and his wife. Richard Julian Juarbe then replied why and I still asked him about his wife. I stated because she was with him when he drove to my home and took my kid. I also informed him that I had contacted his parents and his wife’s parents, but they were not responding to my messages. I also informed him again that I will find Megan and he asked me why am I still talking about Megan. I started again because she was with him when they came to my home and took my daughter. His next words to me were, “Olinda is an adult and she can make her own decisions.” I replied, “so, you are planning on sticking with that answer?” and walked away. (This information may be unbelievable to many, but others, can remember 1-6-2021 when thousands of highly qualified business leaders from across our country were talked into attacking and breaking into the White House of the United States of America as if it was some type of game they were playing. If all those adults were convinced that they were just planning a fun day field trip, then you can imagine how easy it is to isolate and groom loved ones from their homes and turn children against their parents with the power of words.)
On 5-17-2022, I visited the healthcare facility of the doctor that writes the prescriptions for my daughter, and because of the doctor-patient confidentiality laws in place, they could not share any information with me because my daughter has not completed the document giving the medical facility her approval to share her medical records with her family. Before leaving the Portland, Maine area, I completed the medical records release documents with all the information except my daughter’s signature as the facility stated that they can give the document to my daughter during her next office visit, but they could not inform me of when her next appointment is scheduled. I left Portland, Maine en route to my next work-related service call in the State of Tennessee.
 On 7-4-2022, Independence Day, Networkingforlife.org activated its last steps of this important project as the HT husband and wife team still refuses to release my daughter voluntarily. Court documents were filed in the Portland, Maine Court and the Sherriff’s Summons requested were filed for libel/defamation because they submitted written false information to this same Portland, Maine Court on 7-8-2020. And for the false information they submitted to the Cape Elizabeth, Maine Police department on 9-16-2021. Also mailed were 120 flyers and business cards to the HT team’s parents again, along with to all the high schools the HT predators may have attended in the State of Pennsylvania. Flyers were also mailed to the list of places where they have been employed and apartments where they have had apartment leases. On 7-5-2022, I visited one of the employers where the HT team leader was employed just to share Networkingforlife.org's information and the manager became defensive and explained all their safety policies in place to prevent any types of abuse to their employees in their workforce environment. The manager repeatedly stated that they have a secure telephone line in place to where if any of their employees feel threatened in any way, all that person has to do is make the telephone call to receive support and flag the predator in their workforce environment. After about 25 minutes of the manager explaining how safe their workplace was for all employees, I critically listened to what she believed. I am learning more and more about why HT activities are being allowed to continue. Most people may not understand how fear keeps children and young adults quiet, thus taking the voice away from victims. Unfortunately, my daughter was forced to work in this same store, so I know that there are no effective safety measures in this store to not only protect HT victims but employers are not trained to even recognize that they are employing children and young adults that have been taken from other states and are being forced to work in their workforce unprotected. On 9-11-2022, launched updated website in an attempt to locate anyone that can assist with locating Richard Julian Juarbe, from Lancaster, Pennsylvannia, date of birth 4-27-1990, and hold him accountable for his actions. Afterwards, Networking for Life is committed to finding a way to help him by connecting him to commuity resources that are aimed at helping people in need, even if the person is not able to ask for help. On 10-10-2022, on Houston, Texas investigative team recieved comfirmation that both young ladies that traveled from Maine to Texas with Richard Julian Juarbe were, in fact, deceived, mislead, and entrapped, thus their names will be removed from our website. Thanksgiving week 2022 trip to Cape Elizabeth, Maine: (1) Because we recieved notification that someone else was signing for certified mail sent to our daughter, and she was not recieving anything mail sent through the United States Postal Service, I visited the local post office to inquire. After the initial investigation, the post office tracking system showed that someone has been signing and accepting mail at my daughter's known address in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, but the mail was also being sent back to us in Texas with the words "RETURN TO SENDER" written on them. THe post office employee could only say that something is not making sense because once someone signs for a mail item, it is never returned by the post office. This is an indication that Richard Julian Juarbe is monitoring and opening mail addressed to someone else and is a crime in our country called, "Obstruction of Correspondence" that is a serious felony that could lead to prison time. (for your own verification, search for this fact online.) (2) Next, after multiple attempts of visting my daughter's address in Cape Elizabeth, Maine to verify if she still resided at that location, with no success, the apartment management team was contacted. The apartment management team stated that Richard Julian Juarbe and my daughter moved out of their facility in October 2022. This new information was emailed to the Cape Elizabeth Detective in charge of our family crisis case, and the detective stated that he contacted my daughter and he stated that my daughter says that she is fine, thus the detective closed the case and will not let me know where my daughter is located so I can verify for myself if she is really safe and free enough to reconnect with her family. (3) Next, I visited the last known place where Richard Julian Juarbe and my daughter worked, Ship Right located at 159 Cash Street, Portland, Maine. In speaking with one of the manager's he stated that he remembered my daughter and she seemed like a nice person and like a lot of kids they try to get away from their parents. After speaking with the manager, I clearly reconized that all dads think differently about other people's children. He was not concerned about why I am trying to locate the guy that came to my home and took my kid, thus I thanked him for his time and headed to my vehicle. As I opened the door to my vehicle, the receptionist came outside to talk with me. She stated that she remebered alot of things about my daughter. She stated that my daughter started working with her in Setember 2021, and then she stop coming to work for about two to three weeks and did not call in to work. Afterwards, my daughter just showed up at work and she was allowed to start working again because she was good at her job, but extremely quited. The receptionist eventfully found out that my daughter and Richard Julian Juarbe were living togrther, and she thought that was odd because on Richard's application he showed that he was married and living with his wife. Then a few weeks later, my daughter stopped coming to work and she has not heard from her since November 2022 when Richard came to work and told everyone that my daughter's father kidnapped her and took her to New York. Richard Julian Juarbe informed Ship Right that he was quitting to go look for my daughter. (another case of defamation of character.) (4) Because of my pending Portland, Maine defamation of character Case, I stopped by the Courts to let them know that Richard Julian Juarbe has moved and his current address is unknown. The Court Clerk stated that it is up to me to find Richard Julian Juarbe's new mailing address, and with that news, I headed home. 1st Quarter 2023 January 2022: I attended a Human Trafficking Awareness Training event in Fort Worth, Texas to continue my learning about why people are being allowed to continue taking other people's children and not be held accountable for systematic decisions to destroy families and create so much pain and suffering for millions of people. As I listened to the speakers, especially the Fort Worth Police Officer and the Hospital representative repeatly say that they know the people are being abused and entrapped by different types of human traffickers, and that the human traffickers are actually sitting outside in their lobbies waiting to pick up the victims once they are released...and there is nothing they are anyone can do because the victims have been tramatized to a point, to where the victims cannot speak up for themselves. After the entire presentations were completed, we all headed out to the community to pass out flyers and contact information to local businesses to post throughout their bussiness so that people have the opportunity to help others whose voice and dignity has been taken from them in our so-called free society. While passing out the information and watching how the topic terrifies people, it reminded me of all the people in Arkansas, Ohio, Texas and especially in Maine were all terrified or defensive when they heard the words "human trafficking." February 23, 2023: I have completed my "Science of Student Awareness Project" as detailed in the book titled Networking for Life - The Educational Process written by Albert J, Garry and can be founded at Amazon.com. My decision is that human trafficking activities are being rolled out in a way to where Richard Julian Juarbe selected me to play this game with my kids life, while he is being allowed to live happily ever-after living the American Dream. As of today, I have decided not to play his game any more. March 28, 2023: I arrived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to try to locate which high school Richard Julian Juarbe attended in order to locate any of his old classmates that can assist with locating him. March 29, 2023: I visited the Lancaster Independent School District to locate which high school Richard Julian Juarbe attended. No success. I visited the Lancaster Police Department and found that Richard Julian Juarbe last interactions with their police department was in 2013. I visited an address at 158 Trading Post, and found that Richard Julian Juarbe parents no longer lived at that addreess. Due to our family being attacked by thier son, I feel that they should at least be informed in case they are not aware of his agressive activities against my family. March 30, 2023: I arrived at the Sherriff Office in Portland, Maine to request updates regarding the next steps as Richard Julian Juarbe was served a SUMMONS to appear in the Portland, Maine Courts, and was informed that once the court date is set, the Court mail the notification to the address provided by Richard Julian Juarbe, and if he does not respond, a warrant for his arrest will be issued. Next, I visited the Portland, Maine Courts to get updates regarding the court date for my slander and difimation of charater case against Richard Julian Juarbe, from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. March 31, 2023: I returned to Lancaster, Pennsylvania to drop off printed updates with Detective Phil Strosser, and as he was not in his office, I also emailed the data to him. Detective Phil Strosser stated that I can visit any address searching for my daughter, as I do not have any official documents stating otherwise. I visted another address for Richard Julian Juarbe's parents and no one answered the door. I left town and headed back to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 2nd Quarter 2023 April 1, 2023: I mailed copies of all my documents regarding Richard Julian Juarbe and what he is doing to my family tree and I to the new address for his parents, and afterwards, I traveled back to Texas and will regroup and continue my search for Richard Julian Juarbe to make a citizen's arrest once I locate him this year. The letter mailed to Richard Julian Juarbe's parents as I do not know if this is a family feud started by Richard Julian Juarbe, Jr or he is following instructions. I hope you are doing well.
As noted above, I am Albert J. Garry from Texas, and writing you because I am hoping that you are the parents of a Richard Julian Juarbe from Lancaster, Pa. His date of birth is 4-27-1990 and a picture of him is included in an enclosed flyer.
Because of what he is doing to my family and the false information he has been sharing about me and my family to multiple police agencies, employers and anyone that listens to him, I cannot assume that you are his actual parents unless you can verify it.
I am currently on the road travelling looking for my daughter who was taken from our home on 6-9-2020:1. A copy of the missing person flyer for 1-6-2022 is included as that was the last time we saw Richard with our daughter in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. The police would not allow me to take our daughter with us back home.2. On 6-9-2020, Richard someone talked Megan Hogan and Amanda Crossan into driving from Portland, Maine to Texas and they left town with our daughter. Currently both of them are hiding from Richard.3. On 7-24-2020, I had to appear in the Portland, Maine Courtroom because of false information submitted by Richard.4. On 10-16-2020 Richard called me to let me know that he will drive anywhere to pick up a friend unconditionally and that I should just be glad that my daughter is happy.5. On 9-16-2021, Richard called the Cape Elizabeth Police department and informed them that I was choking my daughter in the parking lot, gave her drugs and sexually assaulted, then drove off with her. Of course I did none of these things, but was called in by the police and questioned that same day.6. In October 2021, Richard reported to his employer, Ship Right that I kidnapped my daughter and took her to New York, so Richard quit his job to go look for my daughter. This also is false. Telephone records show that they went to Canada.7. On January 6, 2022, I spoke with Richard, along with the police, asking him to let my daughter go and he replied that my daughter is an daughter and can make her own decisions.8. July 2022, I file court documents in Portland, Maine for slander, defamation of character and for providing false information to police officers and to a government agency against Richard. Now he has disappeared.
Again, if you are this Richard’s parents and would like to assist my family with recovering our family member that would be fantastic. Reach out to me and we can make arrangements to talk via zoom. My family was selected when my daughter was in the 10th grade at an all-girls school in Dallas, Texas, and on June 9, 2020, the rest of my family was notified. This day changed my life forever. Until this day, I was living the American Dream. After working hard on multiple jobs at the same time and even being a business owner and soccer coach...my life shattered when I got the horrifying telephone call from my wife saying that our daughter was missing from her room!
Since June 9, 2020, after submitting all the missing people reports to the FBI, Home Land Security, The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and speaking with multiple Police Departments and Human Trafficking Agencies across our Great Nation, I have learned that once your child reaches the age of 18 years old, anyone can just simply trick, traumatize and take your children, and these actions are not considered a police matter or a legal matter.
Since the 1960's hundreds of thousands of children and young adults just simply disappeared and no one is looking for these missing young people. Also, no one is looking for people that are taking other parents' children, just because they can. This book is about starting a new trend of hunting down the guy that decided to drive from Portland, Maine to Texas to take my daughter while I was in the shower getting ready for work. So, Now, every time there is an Aber Alert about a missing person, I think about this guy. On 7-24-2020, I was summoned to the Portland, Maine Courtroom because of false information this guy submitted to the Portland, Maine Court. On 10-16-2020, this guy called me to inform me that he will drive anywhere to pick up a friend unconditionally and that I should just be glad that my daughter is happy. On 9-16-2021, this guy called the Cape Elizabeth, Maine Police and reported that I was choking my daughter, giving her drugs, sexually assaulting her, and then driving off with her. Again, false information was submitted. In October 2021, this guy informed his employer, Ship Right in Portland, Maine, that I kidnapped my daughter and took her to New York, so he quit his job to go look for me. Again, false allegations were submitted. On 1-6-2022, I stood in the parking lot of their apartments with two Cape Elizabeth, Maine police officers as they both stood there laughing and joking around with the guy that is traumatizing my kid and my family tree, and the police will not allow me to take my daughter back home for medical treatment because of her age.
The beginning of my book was published in 2005 before my family was selected for participation in the human trafficking world. The end of my book, our Networking for Life - Essay of Hope is designed to start letting students know that they are being hunted and targeted by others, sometimes, it is their own classmates.
REFLECTION: As a liberator, and, if you were my daughter, son, or grandchild, that was tricked, traumatized, and taken, at least you would know in your heart that your capturer will be exposed and held accountable sooner or later, as I will never stop searching for Richard Julian Juarbe from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, born on April 27, 1990.
