April 2021 Trip to Portland, Maine
I was in town for 14 days. They only let me see my daughter for 2 hours one day. The next day for 45 minutes. The third day for 2 minutes.

The Telephone Call
Richard Julian Juarbe called me late Friday night to let me know that I have a good picture of him. He then stated that he just wanted me to know that he did not kidnap my daughter or anything like that. He said that he will travel anywhere to pick up a friend unconditionally. He stated that I will never figure out how they operate and that I should just be glad that my daughter is happy. He then invited me to come to visit them. I did travel to Portland, Maine in November 2020.

Cape Elizabeth, Maine Police Interrogation
On September 16, 2021, Richard Julian Juarbe made false accusations to the police (video link: ). On September 18, 2021, I stopped by the Cape Elizabeth, Maine Police Department and was questioned again. See the video on the home page.
During my trip to Maine from Thanksgiving 2021 to December 5, 2021, I was not allowed to see my daughter.

We visited our daughter with the Cape Elizabeth, Maine Police
We found out that they have our daughter taking prescription medication. I did inform Richard Julian Juarbe that he called me asking for help on October 16, 2020, and at that time I did not understand what he was doing to my family, but I know more and I will help him to get the help he needs. His last words to me were, "she is an adult and he can make up her own mind."
